All Day Care Routine

8:00am - 9:00am | Meet and walkies
The morning begins with socialization and a morning walk.
The babies can meet each other, and then we will walk them for 20 minutes minimum.
(We promise that each dog walker only walks four dogs maximum for safety.)

10:00am - 11:00am | Breakfast and treat of the day (yummy time)
For the owner who chooses the HOLIDAY TIME package, we will offer our RaRa Fresh meal to your dog which the recipe will be by your choice.
For the owner who chooses a HAPPY DAY package, we will serve your dog our RaRa Fresh homemade dog treats.

11:00am - 1:00pm | Let's play and practice
It will be playtime with lots of toys and activities, also gives your dog a chance to practice skills & tricks like “spin” & “sit.” We will take videos and photos during the fun hours; they will be sent to owners as a precious memory.

1:00pm - 2:00pm | Story and music time
Furr babies need a relaxing and chill time after they have been played so hard together.
Story reading with music as a background can calm your dogs down.

2:00pm - 3:00pm | Bubble gun and ocean balls
Our daycare leaders will play with fur babies in colourful ocean balls and surrounded by floating bubbles~
We aim to provide a warm and sweet environment where dogs feel fun and relaxed, both sensually and psychologically.

3:00pm - 4:00pm | Afternoon walk and free time
Dogs don’t concentrate for long periods of time like humans, they need their own time,
A nice afternoon walk can solve their toilet need and allow them to bask in the sun and smell the flowers. After coming back, they will play and interact with each other. It will be relaxing and enjoyable!

Requirements before booking in
1. Proof of vaccinations in paper form is required before any Doggie DayCare.
2. Outlines the medication, vitamins or supplements your dog needs to take during their stay. Call ahead to make sure we accept the medication being administered. We do not administer injections.
3. All dogs should be flea and tick-free. Our store with signs of fleas or ticks will be treated at our Grooming Salon at the dog parent’s expense before check-in.
4. The health and safety of the pets in our care is our number one priority. Older pets who are in good health may participate in Doggie Day Care.
While we may accept senior pets and pets with chronic conditions that require long-term medications, we will not accept pets that are in frail health or de-compensating from either their age or condition.
5. We have the right to refuse to accept a dog at check-in for any reason, including without limitation, if it appears to us your dog is sick, injured, in pain, or that its behaviour could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or our staff.
You represent that your dog has no illness, injury, or behaviour problem (including aggressive or biting behaviour or their energy gets too high.)
All new dogs are required to undertake a temperament test. We will spend a few minutes with you and your dog when you first arrive before allowing them to join the daycare. We understand that some puppies and dogs may take more than one visit to feel comfortable, But we still need to make sure your dog joins our Day Care group in a good and positive state prior.
CANCELLATION FEES: Please note that we operate by appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call and give us 24 hours notice, this allows us to fill the booking from our waiting list. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $25, payable at your next visit.
